UAS PR-65
Our version of the revered 65 Princeton Reverb. One of the most recorded amps in history and for good reason. Such a perfect amp for studio work and smaller gigs and of course home use. Pure vintage tone, all hardwired with high quality components throughout. Beautiful reverb and lush bias tremolo. The tremolo has been adjusted for a deeper trem than stock which is also capable of slower speeds without compromising what makes these amps so special.
Some other improvements include input and screen resistors added to the 6V6’s, which help not only with the longevity of the output valves but also a smoother breakup, in conjunction with slightly tweaked phase inverter stage, smoothing out the transition from clean to breakup and also allowing a little more clean headroom, which comes in very handy for live use.
Improved power filtering for tighter bass response and extremely low noise operation. We opt for a 12” alnico speaker, and a slightly taller cabinet than the originals for better stage projection which aids when playing along with a drummer when in the same room. The circuit is optimized for this configuration keeping the low end response tight and focused. Lifetime warranty on parts and 3 month warranty on valves
